Implementation of our Advanced Maintenance Assistance System (SAAM) with HoloLens to support the customers of Barberan.
Through an augmented reality experience, this system allows users to consult workflows offline in their work environment. Besides, they can access to guided processes with step-by-step instructions. Barberan has also integrated our Remote Technical Assistant (ATR) to assist customers in real time in the resolution of incidents.
Thanks to the use of these tools, it contributes to the optimization of the technical service provided to the client, reduces the time of resolution of the incidents and improves the efficiency in the maintenance tasks.
